Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable and secure OpenText Content Server / xECM landscapes.
- Define the long-term roadmap and strategy for Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
- Integrate OpenText with platforms such as SAP, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
- Connect structured and unstructured business data using SAP ArchiveLink, Web Services, and Business Workspaces.
- Configure metadata models, workflows, search optimization, and Smart UI components.
- Provide technical guidance on OpenText configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Lead migration, upgrade,



and legacy content modernization initiatives.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, governance, and records retention policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
