Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 6+ years of experience in container orchestration, with at least 3-4 years dedicated to Red Hat OpenShift in an enterprise setting.

- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in OpenShift (OCP) administration, networking (SDN, OVN-Kubernetes), storage (OpenShift Container Storage/Ceph, persistent volumes), and authentication (LDAP, OpenID Connect). Solid knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, Docker, and Linux. Scripting (Bash, Python) and automation (Ansible) skills.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCE, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration) highly preferred.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents.
