- Minimum 3 years experience as an Administrator/Engineer in an M365 Endpoint environment.
- Experience with Entra AD and IDAM.
- Hands-on with Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management: Windows 11, Intune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility, iOS and Android.
- Experience with VDI technologies, including Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with advanced application packaging.




- M365 Administrator Certification (or working towards).
- Able to present ideas in business-friendly, user-friendly language, and communicate fluently orally and in writing – to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail; able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure setting.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
