The primary responsibility of this role will be to conduct audits aimed at improving the quality of training, coaching, and handholding within our organization.

:

Curriculum:

Research and develop an age appropriate, progressive, child centric, comprehensive Gymnastics curriculum

Curriculum should align with the school's mission and values.

Regularly upgrade the curriculum based on latest advancement in the field & curriculum feedback received from coaches.

Design Assessment Parameters

Propose Fixed Assets (FA) Logic required for Effective Implementation of Curriculum.

Training:

Design & execute Technical Skill Training program for Upgrading Coach's skills

Design & execute Monthly Curriculum Workshop for effective Curriculum Implementation

Guide & mentor Pan India coaches

Train, mentor, guide and assess Master Trainers

Recruit and retain talented coaches

Conduct Induction & Handholding of new recruits

Collaborate with other coaches to develop and implement new training techniques and strategies.

QAG:

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Conducting QAG visits & giving feedback based on observations.

Conducting regular observations through CCTV footage

Discuss observations with coaches and suggesting way forward.

Analysis of QAG Scores and identifying areas of Improvement, suggesting corrective measures

Follow up to ensure corrective action is taken.





Updates on coach attrition & new recruits.

School Team

Develop School Team Criteria

Oversee the School Team Selection process

Evaluate the performance of coaches and the school team and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

Monitor the School team progress

Plan, train, guide, and mentor Gymnastics practices and games.

Events & Competition:

Collaborate with other departments to organize and promote Gymnastics events and activities

Develop and maintain relationships with local and national Gymnastics organizations.

Manage the Gymnastics Inter House and Inter School competitions.

VAS:

Promotion of Gymnastics Activity

Oversee the pedagogy followed for Transcend (After-School program)

Develop and implement a comprehensive high-performance sports program at the Centre of Excellence

Identify and recruit talented Players to join the Centre of Excellence.

Provide ongoing feedback and support to athletes to help them improve their performance.

Desired Qualification :A graduate with coaching certification from a recognized organization.

Special Qualification :NIS Diploma.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching and coaching.

Expected Competencies : Knowledge of school team and coaching functions (recruitment of coaches, training & development, etc.).

Understanding of Gymnastics infrastructure and equipment, etc.

Proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.

Skills and Knowledge : Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Results-driven and goal-oriented.

In-depth knowledge of Gymnastics rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques for coaching and player development.
