Ascent Health is hiring for Assistant Manager for Hospital Billing AR Process with Epic- Hyderabad.

Candidates who are Currently Designated as TL/STL/AM and has Minimum 7 Yrs of Experience can apply for Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor team leads and executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Drive team engagement, attendance adherence, and productivity improvement.
- Identify training needs and coordinate refresher training sessions.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze productivity, denial trends, authorization delays, and process gaps.
- Share actionable insights with management.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge in Hospital Billing
- Solid understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes.




- Hands-on experience in End to End AR Process.
- Knowledge of insurance portals, payer guidelines, and authorization workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Required:

- Knowledge in Hospital Billing and Epic is Mandatory
- 7-10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling/leadership role.
- Experience in AR operations mandatory.
