Online Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch phone support to the creators and users on our platform.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist creators and users with account, platform, and technical questions

- Troubleshoot issues and guide users to quick, friendly resolutions

- Log and escalate complex issues to the right internal teams

- Maintain a positive, qualified tone on every call

- Help improve our support processes by sharing user feedback

What We're Looking For

- Strong verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (additional languages a plus)

- Comfortable on the phone and handling a high volume of calls

- Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented

- Basic computer/CRM skills; quick learner on new tools

- Prior customer support/call center experience is a plus, but not required
