Online Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Executive

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Working Days: 6 days per week

Salary: INR 25,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive, confident and organised Online Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Online Marketing & Social Media

- Manage company social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Use Meta Business Suite to schedule, publish and manage Facebook and Instagram content
- Manage and maintain the company’s LinkedIn presence
- Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments and enquiries
- Assist with content posting, online marketing and lead-generation activities
- Identify potential leads through social media and online channels

Sales & Customer Service

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and social media
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide information about our services
- Make follow-up calls to potential customers and leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Follow up with leads and work towards converting enquiries into sales
- Maintain skilled relationships with customers
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up

Administration

- Handle, organise and maintain company documents
- Update customer, lead and sales records




- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Keep digital files and documents properly organised
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks when required

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Confident and professional when speaking with customers on the phone
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Sales or telesales experience is preferred
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
- Good computer and document-management skills
- Well-organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable handling multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups

Job Details Salary: INR 25,000/month

Work: 100% Remote

Working Days: 6 days per week
