We are hiring an Online Property Sales & Stay Booking Executive to manage online sales enquiries, property/stay bookings, customer interactions, and administrative coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, experience handling customers through calls and digital channels, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle online property/stay enquiries and sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Assist customers with property selection, availability, pricing, and bookings.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage booking-related queries including check-in/check-out, payments, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, and booking records.
- Update and manage online property listings, availability, and basic information.
- Coordinate with property/operations teams for smooth customer service.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversions.




- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to enquiries, sales, bookings, and collections.
- Handle routine administrative, documentation, and coordination activities.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for escalations.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with online booking/sales platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Google Workspace.
- Valuable coordination, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Background Candidates with experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Travel, OTA, Real Estate, Property Management, Vacation Rentals, Homestays, Online Sales, or Booking Operations will be preferred.
