Role Description The Online Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The individual in this position will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing digital activities across platforms. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, analyzing metrics and preparing reports,



and staying updated on trends in online and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Sound understanding of Marketing and Online Marketing concepts to support campaign planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience or training in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, or analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, generate performance reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an online marketing or social media role is an advantage.
