Jive Jar is hiring an On-Camera Content Creator & Presenter to create engaging short-form content for multiple brands in our portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA, based on experience, communication ability and audition performance.

About the role

You will become one of the presenting faces of our brands across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

We will provide topics, information and initial scripts. Your responsibility is to understand the subject, help make the script more natural and engaging, and deliver it confidently in front of the camera.

This is an on-camera presentation and content role. Video editing, camera operation and studio-lighting setup are not part of this position.

What you will do

- Present scripted content directly to the camera for Reels, Shorts and other social-media videos.
- Understand provided topics and deliver them naturally without sounding memorised.
- Help improve hooks, introductions, talking points and calls to action.
- Suggest engaging ways to explain products, services and business topics across multiple brands.
- Record educational, promotional, product-focused and conversational videos.
- Perform multiple takes with different tones, expressions and delivery styles.
- Explain information in straightforward, clear and audience-friendly language.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, filming and editing teams.
- Participate in regular studio shoots and record multiple videos during each session.
- Maintain consistent energy,



presentation quality and the appropriate tone for each brand.
- Stay familiar with current Reels, Shorts and on-camera content formats.

What we are looking for

- Strong confidence and comfort in front of the camera.
- Clear spoken English and strong presentation skills.
- Natural facial expressions, voice modulation and body language.
- Ability to understand a subject and explain it in simple language.
- Basic scriptwriting, copywriting or storytelling ability.
- Ability to accept direction and quickly adjust the delivery.
- Comfortable performing multiple takes and recording several videos in one day.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work from our Hyderabad office.
- Knowledge of Telugu and/or Hindi is an advantage.
- Experience in presenting, anchoring, content creation, theatre, acting or public speaking is helpful but not mandatory.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong on-camera presence are welcome to apply.

This position does not require

- Video editing
- Camera operation or videography
- Studio-lighting setup
- Motion graphics
- An existing social-media following

Mandatory audition video

Please submit a 45–60 second unedited vertical video in which you explain any product, application, service or topic directly to the camera.

A clearly recorded smartphone video is sufficient. Professional equipment, special effects and editing are not required.

We will evaluate camera confidence, communication clarity, expressions, voice modulation, natural delivery and the ability to hold the viewer’s attention. Applications without a sample video may not be considered.
