Role & responsibilities

- Participate in all phases of software engineering life cycle and troubleshoot technical problems as needed.

- Design, develop, and maintain applications, infrastructure, and platform according to changing requirements and following established processes and procedures.

- Developing, coding, and/or enhancing applications, features, infrastructure, user interfaces, and/or application frameworks.

- Test, debug, and/or oversee the testing and validation of applications to ensure that quality and functionality are in line with the requirements, as well as industry standards and protocols.

- Resolve production defects within defined SLA.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.

- 7-14 years of development experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, OIC, Oracle Fusion

- Develop and unit-test integrations using Oracle cloud integration technologies.

- Work with Data Analysts to understand data mapping documentation.





- Develop job flows that extract data from flat-files and database sources and load into downstream tables and/or flat-file outputs.

- Develop and execute test scripts to validate that code is producing the required results.

- Document code, job-flows, and run-books as necessary.

- Package and check-in/out code into version control repository (or similar)

- Assist with code deployment, including job scheduling.

- Proven development experience within the context of an ERP application.

- Proven development experience with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Greenplum or other MPP database platforms

- Expert SQL knowledge, including select/insert/update statements, internal functions.

- Informatica ETL development with Unix scripting will be a plus.

- Experience with Autosys batch scheduling scripts development will be a plus.

- Experience with OTBI reports development will be a plus.

- Should be a self-driven and motivated individual with “Can-Do” attitude.

- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Versatile to learn new tools and ability to work well in an onshore / offshore model.
