About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Offline Marketing Team Leader to lead and manage our offline marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, building institutional partnerships, coordinating promotional activities, and achieving team targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the offline marketing team.
- Allocate daily and weekly activities to team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Train team members on marketing activities, communication, and lead-generation techniques.
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and field activity reporting.

1. Offline Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to generate student enquiries.
- Identify and utilize high-potential locations for marketing activities.
- Conduct promotional activities in colleges, schools, educational institutions, and other relevant locations.
- Coordinate campaigns such as seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Develop new strategies to increase brand awareness and student enquiries.

1. Institutional & Corporate Tie-Ups

- Identify potential colleges, schools, training centres, and organizations for partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Coordinate seminars, awareness sessions, and career-oriented programs.
- Explore opportunities for institutional collaborations and student referral partnerships.

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

- Prepare weekly and monthly offline marketing plans.




- Coordinate the execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing materials such as brochures, standees, banners, flyers, and promotional merchandise.
- Ensure proper utilization of marketing materials and resources.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

1. Lead Management & Coordination

- Ensure all leads generated through offline activities are properly recorded and handed over to the Admissions Team.
- Coordinate with Admission Advisors for timely follow-up of leads.
- Track lead quality and conversion performance.
- Analyse which activities and locations generate the best results.

1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Submit daily activity reports and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Track key metrics such as:
- Leads generated
- Qualified leads
- Admissions generated
- Lead-to-admission conversion
- Events conducted
- Institutional visits
- Partnerships established
- Campaign performance
- Present campaign results and improvement plans to management.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in offline marketing, field marketing, sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in marketing or business development for ACCA, CMA, skilled accounting, finance, or related educational programs is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a good understanding of ACCA and CMA courses, student segments, and the professional education market.
- Previous experience in team handling/team leadership is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Strong experience in student lead generation, institutional visits, seminars, career guidance programs, and offline promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
