Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct TNA and identify skill gaps across departments.

- Plan and coordinate annual/monthly training calendars.

- Manage technical, functional, safety, compliance, and induction training.

- Coordinate internal and external training programs.

- Maintain training records, skill matrices, competency mapping, and certifications.

- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare monthly MIS/reports.

- Manage LMS activities and training content.

- Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, statutory, and audit requirements.

- Support employee capability building, cross-functional training, and succession planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Engineering, or relevant field.

- Min 2 years of experience in Learning & Development/Training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Valuable understanding of TNA, competency mapping, skill matrix, and training effectiveness
