Job Title: Office Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) + Incentives

Experience: 1+ year in Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Office Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales leads, communicating with customers, generating business and ensuring successful order conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
- Make calls to existing/old customers and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Share product details, catalogues and quotations with customers.
- Follow up with customers until order closure.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.




- Coordinate with the concerned teams for smooth order processing.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in inside sales, telesales or office-based sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand + incentives.

The role is target-based and incentive-based. Target and incentive structure will be discussed during the selection process.
