Key Responsibilities

- Serve tea, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and management.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office pantry and common areas.

- Assist with basic documentation and filing work.

- Arrange and maintain physical files and documents systematically.

- Search and retrieve files/documents whenever required by management or staff.

- Help in photocopying, scanning, printing, and basic document handling.

- Carry documents/files between different departments and offices as required.

- Assist in dispatching and receiving office documents.

- Support general administrative and office-related activities.

- Ensure files and documents are returned to their proper locations after use.

- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company documents.

- Perform other general office-support duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8th / 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.





- Basic ability to read and write Hindi and/or English.

- Basic understanding of file and document organization.

- Good communication and polite behavior.

- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

- Willingness to perform tea serving and general office-support duties.

- Previous experience as an office peon, office boy, helper, or similar role will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Should be physically active and comfortable with routine office-support work.

- Should have a helpful and cooperative attitude.

- Should be able to locate and maintain files properly.

- Should maintain cleanliness, discipline, and skilled behavior within the workplace.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
