About the Role

Dairy Fresh Ice Creams is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our business.

This is a full-time, in-person position. We are looking for someone who can take care of regular accounting work, maintain accurate financial records, handle billing and payments, and support the smooth financial operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices and bills.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Assist with payroll and employee-related payment records when required.
- Help maintain accurate stock, purchase, and expense-related records.
- Ensure that all accounting information is entered accurately and on time.
- Perform other office and accounting-related tasks as required.

Basic Requirements
- Experience as an Accountant, Office Accountant, Accounts Executive,



or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain proper records.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time from our office in Shivamogga.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or another relevant accounting qualification.
- Previous experience working with a retail, food, FMCG, or similar business would be an advantage.

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone reliable, organised, and capable of taking ownership of the company's day-to-day accounting work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently while coordinating with management, suppliers, and external accountants whenever required.

Job Type: Full time

Work Location: In person, Shivamogga, Karnataka

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
