Role & responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation across the organization.

- Understand business requirements and map existing processes into Odoo.

- Coordinate with all departments for process requirements, testing and implementation.

- Coordinate with the Odoo implementation/consulting team for configuration and customization.

- Manage implementation of relevant Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounts, HR and Projects.

- Conduct UAT, data migration, user training and support during go-live.

- Identify process gaps and ensure Odoo workflows are aligned with the company's Service, Manufacturing, Trading and Project operations.

- Track implementation progress and ensure timely closure of issues with internal teams and the Odoo team.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation / functional consulting.





- Hands-on experience in Odoo configuration, implementation and business process mapping.

- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and Odoo implementation teams.

- Good understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounts and HR.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Service, Trading or EPC/Project-based companies will be preferred.

- Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates who have independently handled or coordinated Odoo implementation will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15 days' notice period preferred.

- Graduate in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
