We're hiring an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our team in a techno-functional capacity. You'll work at the intersection of technical development and business process design – building, customising, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that solve real operational problems for our organisation and clients.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable writing clean, scalable code and translating business requirements into practical ERP configurations. You'll partner closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

What You'll Do

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo-based solutions
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Odoo stack
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to recommend optimal approaches
- Manage code versioning and maintain development best practices
- Support database administration tasks related to Odoo deployments

What You Bring

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP development and implementation
- Odoo Certification Mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo versions 15 through 19
- Proficiency in the Odoo technology stack: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and PostgreSQL
- Experience building and troubleshooting custom Odoo modules
- Solid understanding of database administration principles
- Practical experience with Git or similar version control tools
- Familiarity with core Odoo modules — Sales, Website, Purchase, Accounting
- Comfort working in Linux-based environments
- Experience across Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, and Odoo On-Premises deployments
- Strong debugging instincts and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment

Pay: ₹24,368.64 - ₹65,365.19 per month
