Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Odoo Developer to support the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement of the Odoo ERP platform. The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

The position will provide hands-on exposure to rental business processes, asset management, fleet operations, maintenance, sales, invoicing, and ERP automation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules.
- Configure Odoo models, views, workflows, forms, and basic automation.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support asset registers, rental contracts, fleet management, and maintenance tracking.
- Assist with rental billing, sales, invoicing, and financial processes.
- Develop and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards,



and business process automations.
- Support integration of third-party services and APIs where required.
- Work with Odoo ORM, Python, XML, and PostgreSQL for development and customization.
- Debug application issues and provide technical support to internal users.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance before deployment.
- Participate in UAT, documentation, go-live, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Stay updated with Odoo features, development practices, and relevant technologies.
- Support application performance improvement and process optimization.
