Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant - Training Documentation to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream of an SAP transformation program.

The role will be primarily responsible for developing high-quality SAP training documentation, delivering Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, supporting super-user training, and ensuring business readiness. The candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance (FICO) and the ability to translate functional processes into explicit, business-friendly training materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and maintain SAP FICO training materials, including process guides, work instructions, job aids, simulations, and user manuals.
- Understand end-to-end SAP Finance processes and translate functional requirements into effective training content.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for business users, super users, and trainers.
- Support super-user and end-user training activities across relevant business processes.
- Work closely with functional leads, business SMEs, and OCM teams to identify training requirements and learning gaps.
- Perform training needs analysis and ensure training content aligns with future-state SAP processes.




- Support change impact assessments from a training and user-readiness perspective.
- Contribute to business readiness assessments and identify areas requiring additional training or communication.
- Ensure training documentation reflects approved SAP configurations, business processes, roles, and procedures.

Skills : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO / SAP Finance.
- Typically 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, with significant experience in SAP transformation or implementation programs.
- Proven experience in SAP training material development and documentation.
- Understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) within SAP transformation programs.
- Experience working in large/global SAP programs with multiple business and functional stakeholders is preferred.
