We are hiring for Ocean customer service Executive
Industry - Freight Forwarding
Salary - 4.2 Lakhs PA location - Chennai
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on ocean import/export shipments.
Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA, transporters, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
Track shipments and provide regular ETD, ETA, booking, and delivery status to customers.
Manage shipping documentation, including SI, BL, pre-alerts, invoices, and packing lists.
Coordinate booking, cargo pickup, customs clearance, and final delivery activities.
Resolve shipment-related issues, delays, and customer complaints through proactive follow-up.
Prepare and share shipment status reports and MIS with customers and management.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure SLA/TAT and service quality are achieved.
Pay: From ₹420,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
