Position: Senior Occupational Therapist

Experience: 3+ years

Location: West Delhi

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: Half Day

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead pediatric occupational therapy services for children with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental delays. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Sensory Integration, core-strength development, and pediatric rehabilitation, along with proven team-management and parent-counselling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide assessment and individualized occupational therapy interventions for children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Sensory Integration, sensory regulation, motor planning, and core-strength development.
- Develop individualized therapy goals, intervention plans, and progress reviews.
- Prepare practical home-based therapy plans and guide parents on implementing them.
- Counsel parents regarding therapy goals,



sensory needs, functional development, and their role in supporting the child.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of 3 or more Occupational Therapists.
- Coordinate with special educators, speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate assessment reports, therapy records, progress documentation, and case notes.
- Participate in evaluations, workshops, health camps, community outreach, and rehabilitation activities as required.
- Develop innovative therapy activities and resources based on individual children's needs.
- Ensure that all interventions are child-centred, family-oriented, and aligned with the organization's vision.
- Contribute to expanding accessible rehabilitation services for children and families in underserved communities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
