We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to lead our nursing department. You will oversee all nursing staff, manage daily hospital operations related to patient care, and ensure full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards (such as NABH/JCI). The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional administrative and clinical skills.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel. Create duty rosters, shift schedules, and staff rotations across all units.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of patient-centered care and adherence to nursing protocols and hospital policies.
- Operations Oversight: Conduct regular rounds of all wards and departments to assess patient care and address operational gaps.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain accurate nursing documentation, audit records, and ensure adherence to state regulations and safety standards.
- Resource Management:
Monitor and manage medical supplies, inventory, and nursing equipment utilization.
- Liaison & Grievances: Act as a key bridge between the nursing team, doctors, hospital administration, and patients' families. Resolve patient or staff grievances promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: M.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of clinical and nursing administration experience, with several years in a leadership role.
- License/Certification: Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hospital administration, NABH/JCI standards, electronic medical records (EMR), and staff discipline.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
