Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for new product development (NPD) projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues during the PPAP process.

- Conduct reverse engineering activities to improve existing products' design for manufacturability, reliability, and performance.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements throughout the entire NPD cycle.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in an NPD Quality Engineer role or similar position.

- Solid understanding of APQP, bom management, ppap documentation, and reverse engineering principles.

- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
