- Handle New Product Development (NPD) activities from RFQ stage to successful production.

- Study customer drawings, specifications and technical requirements.

- Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Instructions.

- Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase and other cross-functional teams for new product development.

- Develop and validate forging and machining processes for recent components.

- Coordinate for tool, die, fixture and gauge development.

- Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP and other NPD-related documentation.

- Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications, development issues and approvals.

- Conduct trials and monitor product/process development activities.

- Identify process-related issues and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure timely completion of NPD projects as per customer requirements and timelines.

- Support process capability studies, MSA and validation activities.

- Monitor development costs, timelines and quality requirements.

- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable quality standards.
