- New Product Development (NPD) from concept to mass production.
- Study customer requirements, drawings and technical specifications.
- Develop 2D/3D product designs using CAD software.
- Prepare and review DFMEA, DVP&R;, BOM and engineering documents.
- Coordinate with customers for design reviews and technical clarifications.
- Develop prototypes and coordinate prototype trials.
- Support Design Verification & Validation (DV/PV) activities.
- Coordinate with Tooling, Quality, Production, Purchase and Supplier teams.
- Conduct Design Reviews and implement engineering changes.
- Prepare and control ECN/ECR documentation.
- Support APQP, PPAP and SOP activities.
- Identify design-related cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensure product design meets customer, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Support root-cause analysis for design-related issues after SOP.
- Maintain engineering drawings, specifications and revision control.
