Job Summary

Intelix Systems is looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for technical, skilled trades, engineering, construction, facilities, maintenance, and administrative roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify, engage, screen, and close candidates for both common and hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Recruit for skilled trades, engineering, construction, facilities, MEP, maintenance, and support roles.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, certifications, availability, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of US Non-IT Recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, construction, facilities, MEP, O&M;, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, and Boolean search.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
