Mandatory Requirement:
Hands-on experience in Non-Ferrous Foundry is mandatory
Solid experience in Copper Casting / Copper Foundry operations is mandatory
Candidates without Copper foundry experience will not be considered.
Education:- BE/Diploma - Metallurgy
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Non-Ferrous Foundry operations with focus on Copper casting.
- Drive quality improvement, yield enhancement, and rejection reduction initiatives.
- Manage melting, pouring, fettling, and process optimization activities.
- Conduct defect analysis, root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
- Lead NAB grade development, foundry revamping, and CAPEX projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
