Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT positions across multiple industries. The recruiter will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze client requirements, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal candidate databases .
- Handle recruitment for non-IT positions across industries such as Engineering, MEP, Construction, Manufacturing and other functional areas .
- Screen resumes based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, salary and notice period.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist and submit suitable candidates to clients.




- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period and other employment-related terms where required.
- Manage offer rollouts and ensure candidates join on the committed date.
- Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates during the notice period to minimize dropouts.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/MIS/database.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and client requirements.
