Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced NOC Implementation & Operations Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in NOC monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, implementation, integration, configuration, and operational execution.

The candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Site24x7, ManageEngine OpManager, Network Monitoring Systems (NMS), and ITSM platforms, with the ability to implement, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize monitoring and service-management solutions and good hand on Workflows.

The role will involve working closely with NOC operations, Network / Infrastructure teams, OEMs, and customers to ensure effective monitoring, alert management, incident integration, SLA tracking, reporting, and continual improvement.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, Networking, or related discipline.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in NOC, NMS, ITSM implementation, network monitoring, or infrastructure monitoring.

Key Skills Required

- Site24x7 – Implementation, configuration, monitoring & alert management
- ManageEngine OpManager – Device discovery, onboarding,



SNMP/WMI, thresholds & alerts
- ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or equivalent ITSM platform
- ITSM workflows – Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request & SLA Management
- Integration of NMS/Monitoring tools with ITSM for automated ticket creation
- SNMP, WMI, Agents, APIs & monitoring mechanisms
- Alert troubleshooting, polling failures, false alerts & connectivity issues
- MTTD, MTTA, MTTR reporting and SLA/OLA management
- Major Incident Management & RCA
- UAT, production handover & NOC transition
- SOPs, MOPs, Runbooks & Knowledge Transfer

Important: This is not purely a NOC monitoring role. Strong implementation, configuration, workflow and integration experience is required. Candidates who have implemented/configured monitoring and ITSM tools and transitioned solutions into NOC/BAU operations will be preferred. Experience: 4 to 5 Years
