Role Description The Night Tracking Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Manesar, responsible for monitoring and tracking vehicles during night operations to ensure safe and timely deliveries. This position involves continuously updating shipment status, coordinating with drivers and operation teams, and promptly addressing route deviations, delays, or issues.

The executive will maintain accurate records in tracking systems, assist in scheduling and dispatch activities, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.



The role also includes verifying documentation, supporting incident reporting, and adhering to company safety and compliance guidelines for night logistics.

Qualifications

- Strong coordination and monitoring abilities, with experience in vehicle tracking, route management, or transport operations.
- Proficiency in using GPS tracking tools, transport management software, and basic computer applications (MS Excel, email, messaging tools).
- Good communication skills for interacting with drivers, operations staff, and customers, including clear reporting of status and issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining logs, records, and documentation related to trips and deliveries.
- Ability to work night shifts, handle time-sensitive situations, and make quick, practical decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of basic logistics processes, transport regulations, and safety practices in road transportation.
- Previous experience in logistics, fleet management, or transport tracking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
