Role & responsibilities

- Product Management & NPA

- Support NPA / New Product Addition activities for electric bus products.

- Understand customer and market requirements and translate them into product requirements.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Service teams for product development.

- Track product development milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

- Support product validation, testing, trials, and launch activities.

- Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare product specifications, presentations, product documentation, and management updates.

- EV & Bus Industry

- Develop a robust understanding of EV bus technology, vehicle architecture, and key vehicle systems.





- Understand customer requirements and industry trends related to electric buses.

- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and product changes.

- Support resolution of product-related technical and field issues.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for product improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Product Management EV / Automotive

- NPA / New Product Addition

- Strong understanding of Electric Vehicles / EV Buses

- Bus product knowledge

- Product development and lifecycle management; ability to diagnose failures and analyse power-electronic system performance
