Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test current product designs.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, informing product development decisions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the NPD process.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) engineering or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Strong understanding of product design principles, including CAD software proficiency (e.g., SolidWorks).

- Experience working on industrial equipment/machinery projects; knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
