Our sub-brand Dipsters (www.dipsters.in) is currently selling in over 3,000 points of sale in general trade. We are now looking for a reliable and passionate individual who would assist the R&D; Team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a curious and passionate New Product Development Intern to support our R&D; team in building snacks that are as innovative as they are delicious. This role offers hands-on experience across product formulation, sensory evaluation, ingredient research, and cross-functional collaboration — spanning savoury, sweet, and functional snack categories.

Key Responsibilities:





● Assist in formulating and trialling new snack concepts across savoury, confectionery, and functional categories.

● Support sensory evaluations and iterate on recipes based on team feedback and internal benchmarks.

● Research ingredient trends, emerging formats, and competitor products in the healthy snacking space.

● Coordinate with operations and manufacturing teams to assess scalability of new formulations.

● Maintain detailed records of trials, cost estimates, and iteration outcomes.

● Contribute fresh ideas aligned with Snackible's clean-label, mindful snacking vision.

Who Can Apply?

● Students or recent graduates in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

● Genuine passion for food innovation and the Indian snacking landscape.

● Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to taste, texture, and ingredient quality.

● Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with real ownership from Day 1.

● Must have their own laptop.
