We are looking for a New Business Development Manager with strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience to drive new business for an Advertising & Media company.

What you will sell:

- Digital Marketing Services, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Performance Marketing, Website Design & Development, Branding & Creative Solutions, Online Advertising and Media Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Identify and connect with business owners, founders and marketing decision makers
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing, advertising and media solutions
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and sales closure
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills




- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, media services is preferred
- Must be target oriented and confident in handling clients

Key: This is a pure new business development and sales role. Candidates with only digital marketing, social media or marketing execution experience will not be suitable. Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
