About The Role

- As a New Business Consultant, you will be trained to represent a reputed unified telecommunications company serving the UK market.
- You will call pre-qualified business leads, understand their requirements, present suitable telecom solutions, and convert them into customers.
- This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, adaptable to a rapid-paced process, open to continuous training, and motivated to achieve targets and recognition.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact pre-qualified business leads in the UK market.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Outbound Sales or International BPO Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in International Voice Process, B2B Sales, Telesales, Outbound Calling,



or Lead Conversion.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to earn incentives and recognition.
- Graduate preferred, but not mandatory.
