Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Equivalent Experience

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise network systems.
- Strong understanding of layer-2 and layer-3 high-availability protocols.
- Experience working with industry-leading network and security devices such as Cisco, PaloAlto, Juniper, and Extreme.
- Certification with Cisco or PaloAlto will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of SD-WAN technology.
- Experience in automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of technology tools used in enterprise IT security management.
- Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to remain calm and collected in stressful situations, including major service outages.
- Quick learner with the ability to excel in acquiring recent skills and technologies.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 support environment, including night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly technical team.
