About AIMRPxAIMRPx is looking for a driven, people-first individual to help expand our local network in Bhubaneswar. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into real opportunities.

Role OverviewWe're hiring a Networking Intern to actively build and grow relationships on the ground in Bhubaneswar. You'll be the face of AIMRPx in rooms, events, and meetings — identifying the right people, pitching who we are and what we do, and converting interest into scheduled meetings for the core team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with relevant individuals, businesses, and organizations in and around Bhubaneswar
- Pitch AIMRPx clearly and confidently in person, over calls, and via messaging/email
- Build and maintain a pipeline of contacts and potential partners/leads
- Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and the AIMRPx team
- Attend local networking events, meetups, and industry gatherings to represent AIMRPx
- Follow up consistently to keep relationships warm and move conversations forward
- Maintain simple, organized records of outreach, contacts,



and meeting outcomes
- Share ground-level feedback and insights with the team to improve outreach strategy

Who You Are
- Currently based in Bhubaneswar (mandatory — you must be locally staying here for the duration of the internship)
- Confident communicator, comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Naturally outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable with cold outreach and pitching
- Organized and reliable in following up and keeping track of leads
- Self-motivated — able to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of outcomes
- Comfortable with ~20% in office commitment (meetings, events, in-person pitches)
- Prior experience in sales, business development, community building, or networking is a plus, but not mandatory — attitude matters more
