We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Lead to manage the team a implementing network changes, supporting customer environments, and ensuring high network availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and critical incidents.
- Handle major incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Manage routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Static Routing.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Wireless environments.
- Configure and support firewall technologies including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ASA, and Firepower.
- Implement network changes, upgrades, migrations, and optimization activities.




- Monitor network performance and ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
- Participate in capacity planning and network design discussions.
- Support network security initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams during troubleshooting and project implementations.
- Mentor L1 and L2 engineers on technical troubleshooting and best practices.
