UI/UX Designer Design Systems & UX

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who can build a design system from scratch and has strong expertise in UX research, user journeys, information architecture, wireframing, and interaction design.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently take a product from user problem to UX strategy to design system to high-fidelity UI to developer-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and establish a complete design system from scratch, including components, patterns, styles, tokens, typography, colors, grids, and guidelines.
- Define scalable and reusable UI components and interaction patterns across web/mobile products.
- Conduct UX research, user interviews, competitor analysis, and usability studies where required.
- Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate complex business and user requirements into straightforward, intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across the product.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation.




- Create and maintain design documentation and component usage guidelines.
- Review implemented designs and provide feedback to developers to maintain design quality.
- Continuously improve the design system based on product requirements and user feedback.

Required Skills:

- 2 years of professional UI/UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in building Design Systems from scratch.
- Expert knowledge of Figma and its component/auto-layout/variant capabilities.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and interaction design.
- Excellent knowledge of Design Systems, UX Research, User Flows & Journey Mapping, Information Architecture, Wireframing & Prototyping, Interaction Design, Responsive Design, Accessibility, and Visual Design.
- Experience creating reusable and scalable components.
- Strong understanding of design-to-development handoff.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete design lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
