What you will do

- Design and ship agent / LLM features for Aether OS and other products

- Own evaluation, safety rails, and latency budgets

- Integrate models into real product workflows

- Document patterns the rest of the lab can reuse

What you bring

- Hands-on LLM / agent application experience

- Python and/or TypeScript production skills

- Respect for reliability, cost, and user trust

- Ability to explain trade-offs clearly

Nice to have

- RAG systems

- Fine-tuning

- MLOps basics

- Product sense
