Job Title: National Ads Sales Manager Celebrity Ads & Brand Endorsements

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented National Ads Manager to drive sales of Celebrity Endorsements, Brand Ambassador Campaigns, TV Commercials, Digital Ads, and Influencer Marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert company-provided leads into business opportunities.
- Generate 50% of new leads independently through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Pitch celebrity endorsement campaigns, ad films, influencer marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and business owners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal production, celebrity management, and campaign execution teams.

Requirements:





- Experience in Advertising Sales, Celebrity Endorsements, Brand Sponsorships, Media Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Event Sponsorship Sales.
- Robust LinkedIn prospecting and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Existing network of brand decision-makers will be an advantage.

Lead Source Structure:

- 50% leads provided by the company
- 50% leads to be generated by the candidate through LinkedIn and self-sourcing activities

Location: PAN India Industry: Advertising, Celebrity Marketing, Brand Endorsements, Media & Entertainment

KPI: Revenue generation, client acquisition, and conversion of company-generated and self-generated leads.
