Responsibilities

- Learn and follow manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Support production activities on the shop floor.
- Assist engineers and supervisors in daily operations.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform basic machine operation and monitoring under supervision.
- Support quality inspection and documentation activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
- Participate in training programs and skill development activities.
- Report production or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Eligibility
- Diploma in Mechanical, EEE, ECE, or Automobile Engineering.
- Passed out diploma candidates.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and learning attitude.





Skills Required
- Basic technical knowledge related to the diploma stream.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
