Instanails is hiring experienced Nail Technicians cum Studio Operations Executives across our premium studios in Pune. We are looking for skilled professionals who excel at delivering high-end nail services while managing daily studio operations and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Nail Services & Technical Execution (~50%):
- Perform gel extensions, acrylic nails, builder gel overlays, structured manicures, pedicures, infills, French, and chrome finishes.
- Execute protected, damage-free removals using correct soak-off and e-file techniques.
- Conduct pre-service nail/skin assessments to identify contraindications, infection, or allergies.
- Maintain strict hygiene, equipment sterilization (autoclave/disinfection), and workstation sanitization protocols.
- Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend appropriate retail products.
- Studio Operations & Management (~50%):
- Manage appointment scheduling, slot optimization, walk-ins, and client reminders.
- Handle billing, digital collections, till closing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory: stock counts, consumption tracking, purchase indents, expiry monitoring, and wastage control.
- Verify product compliance (INCI listing, CDSCO import registration, batch details).
- Maintain studio readiness,



opening/closing checklists, and equipment upkeep (e-files, lamps, dust extractors).
- Handle client experience, service recovery, consent forms, and client history logging.
- Supervise junior technicians, coordinate rosters, and assist with local marketing or package sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1+ years as a Nail Technician in a studio/salon, with at least 1 year handling floor supervision or operational duties.
- Education: Minimum HSC (10+2). A Diploma/Certification in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics from a recognized institute (VLCC, Lakm Academy, Orane, ITI, or B&WSSC;/NSDC) is required. (Degree graduates preferred for operations).
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in gel extensions, builder gel, structured manicures, and e-file usage (portfolio required at interview).
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Salon POS systems (Zenoti, Dingg, Fresha, Vagaro), MS Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Soft Skills: Fluent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi; strong client management and leadership skills.
- Availability: Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and festive peak seasons.
