Their retail and digital platform guides their clients right from understanding their business and risk management philosophy to getting adequate insurance coverage and ensuring the right claims for them.

Role Overview:

Lead and drive SPA’s Mutual Fund business across Corporate, HNI, UHNI and Retail segments, with end-to-end responsibility for business growth, P&L;, team leadership, AMC relationships and key client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business strategy, revenue and P&L; for the Mutual Fund vertical.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing sales/RM team.
- Manage strong AMC relationships, empanelment and commercial opportunities.
- Acquire and manage Corporate, HNI, UHNI and institutional clients.




- Drive client retention, cross-sell and business expansion.
- Monitor markets and product developments to strengthen the advisory proposition.
- Develop strategic partnerships and new business channels.
- Drive technology, CRM, MIS and AI-enabled sales processes.
- Ensure strong compliance, governance and customer service standards.
- Represent SPA at relevant AMC and industry forums.

Experience & Skills:

- 12–15 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management Sales.
- 3–5 years in a team leadership / business-head role.
- Strong AMC and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Equity & Debt Markets, Insurance and investment products.
- Strong leadership, sales, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Tech-savvy with exposure to CRM, MIS, digital tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualification:

- Degree in Finance with CA / CFA / MBA / PGDM preferred.
- NISM / AMFI certification mandatory.
- FinTech / AI / Data Analytics / Digital Wealth certifications would be an advantage.
