As a Senior Associate in IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing cloud operations within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be responsible for delivering client-focused solutions, leveraging your skills to navigate complex infrastructure challenges and optimize cloud environments. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and guide others through ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs and optimize performance
- Implementing cloud migration strategies using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Overseeing cloud service delivery and confirming compliance with industry standards
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting cloud computing issues
- Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud performance optimization initiatives
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud-based service management
- Leading efforts in cloud infrastructure optimization and cost management using FinOps models
- Developing and maintaining cloud compliance frameworks to align with organizational policies
- Supporting infrastructure management and performance monitoring to improve service delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
