Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor development teams.
- Drive estimations, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery execution.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate with business, QA, integration, infrastructure, and release teams.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, deployments, and production readiness.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills





- 10-14 years of software development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customization, Configuration, Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Dynamics 365 integrations
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Azure Integration Services
- Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 CRM technical delivery and solution design
- Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and Agile delivery experience

Preferred Skills

- Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience
- Power Apps and Dataverse knowledge
- Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Certifications
- Experience in large-scale enterprise CRM implementations

Locations: Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Vadodara Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or serving Notice Period less than 30 days preferred.
