Qualification: Diploma/Post Diploma in Plastics Technology / Plastics Mould Technology (CIPET COMPULSORY)

Working Pattern: Rotational Shifts

CTC : upto 8 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Moulding Engineer to manage moulding operations, ensuring high-quality production, process stability, and compliance with medical device manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of balloon moulding processes and be capable of driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, set up, and optimize moulding machines.
- Manpower handling, production planning
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and company quality standards.
- Monitor production output, machine utilization, and process efficiency.




- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for process validation, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Maintain production records, process documentation, and traceability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve productivity, and enhance process capability.
- Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and 5S practices.
- Strong understanding of polymer processing and moulding technologies.
- Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis, and quality tools.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
