Mushroom Solutions is looking for a creative and passionate Motion/Video Graphics Graphic Designer with 0-1 year of experience to join our growing creative team. We are seeking a creative Motion/Video Graphics Graphic Designer to produce engaging marketing creatives, social media graphics, product videos, and branding content.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in visual storytelling, branding, social media content creation, motion graphics, and video editing.

The selected candidate will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Gachibowli during the specified night-shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Design marketing creatives, including banners, advertisements, social media posts, and promotional graphics.
- Create and edit product videos, branding videos, and short-form social media content.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals based on marketing strategies.
- Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives.
- Optimize creative content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and video-editing techniques.
- Manage multiple creative assignments and complete them within established deadlines.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Graphic Design or Video Editing from a reputed multimedia or design institute.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience can apply.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video-editing work is required.
