About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our AR/VR/XR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation, visual storytelling, and motion design, with an interest in creating engaging content for immersive and interactive experiences.

You will work closely with the Design Head, visual designers, 3D artists, developers, and project managers to bring concepts to life through motion, animation, and interactive visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects for AR/VR/XR applications.
- Develop motion concepts, storyboards, style frames, and animation sequences based on project requirements.
- Create animations for immersive experiences, interactive applications, product demos, simulations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with 3D artists to incorporate 3D assets, environments, characters, and animations into motion content.
- Design animated UI elements, transitions, interactions, visual effects, and micro-interactions for immersive applications.
- Create promotional videos, product showcases, explainer videos, and social media content for XR projects.
- Work with developers and technical teams to ensure animations are optimized and suitable for real-time applications.
- Maintain visual consistency with project branding and design guidelines.




- Participate in creative reviews and refine animations based on feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in motion design, animation, AR/VR/XR, spatial computing, and interactive media.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Figma or similar UI/design tools
- Ability to create engaging 2D motion graphics and animations.
- Basic understanding of video editing, transitions, visual effects, and sound synchronization.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

- Exposure to AR/VR/MR/XR applications or immersive experiences.
- Basic knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Understanding of 3D design workflows and tools such as Blender or similar.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Experience designing interfaces for VR headsets, AR devices, or spatial computing platforms.
- Good to have
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D software.
- Basic knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Understanding of real-time rendering and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of 3D animation, particle effects, shaders, lighting, and visual effects.
- Experience with interactive or spatial UI animations.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as spatial computing, digital twins, metaverse, or immersive simulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
